FFA students attend national convention

The 92nd National FFA Convention was held in Indianapolis, Ind., Oct. 30 through Nov. 2.

A-A FFA members Katlin Wipperling and Kelly Jensen attended, along with their advisor Jamie Haugen.

At the convention, the students attended general sessions, had several tours, attended the career and college fair as well as student and teacher workshops for ideas to bring home to their chapter.

The students said their favorite part was the Bluesprings Cavern tour in Indiana, Kinze Manufacturing in Williamsburg, Hardy’s Reindeer Ranch in Illinois and Poe Hampshires and Umbarger Show Feeds, both in Indiana.

The A-AHS students traveled to the convention with five other chapters.
