Holstein Senior Living expands services

Holstein Senior Living, an established independent and assisted living community located at 1500 S. Kiel St. in Holstein, is converting eight apartments to provide a secure memory care program to current and future residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.

With heightened need and interest in secure memory care programming, Holstein Senior Living made the decision to expand its services to include memory care and will begin accepting residents Sept. 1. Renova-tions are taking place now to meet this deadline.

Senior housing senior vice president and chief operating officer Allison Law explains, “People living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia can find comfort in our memory care program. This secure ar-ea of the building not only offers specialized activities and team members, but is also thoughtfully designed from a structural standpoint.
